JOVYNTRA TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED delivers agricultural commodities across all states of India through our reliable logistics network. We handle truck loads, container loads and customized shipments.

Order Processing Timeline

• Order confirmation: Within 24 business hours of inquiry
• Quality inspection & packaging: 2-4 business days
• Dispatch: 3-7 business days from order confirmation
• Transit time: 2-10 business days depending on destination

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order quantity, destination, packaging and mode of transport. Logistics costs are confirmed in the official quotation. For large bulk orders, shipping arrangements may be negotiated separately.

Modes of Transport

• Road transport via trucks and containers (primary mode)
• Rail freight for bulk inter-state shipments
• Specialized refrigerated transport (where applicable)

Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp. Our logistics team provides regular updates and is available for any tracking queries.

Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend buyers inspect goods at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage or quality concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected by events beyond our control including weather, transport strikes, government regulations or natural disasters. We will keep customers informed of any delays.
